We are excited to introduce you to a new feature: Your Client Portal! It is our goal to make things easier for any correspondences, so we have set up a secure communication site where you can make payments, sign agreements, answer questionnaires and see any invoices associated with your account.
Once you set up your Client Portal, you will see these tabs:
Information: Your contact information will be listed here, and you can edit anything that is incorrect and update your account.
Events: Any session or event that you book will be listed here, along with times and location(s).
Contracts: If you digitally sign a contract it will be available here for your corresponding event.
Invoices: Any invoices that are paid or unpaid. Simply select your invoice to make a payment online.
Questionnaires: All questionnaires can be found and completed here. Questionnaires help us learn more about you and what you expect from your session or event, as well as provide us feedback afterwards.
Pictures: Links to proofing galleries that we have tagged to your event.
Documents: These are any extra documents that we might attach to your account (for example, contracts that were signed in person).
